Some notes for course 14 when registering for the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year
General rules:
- Regulations on assessment of courses are carried out like direct instruction in class according to the Regulations on formal university training according to the Academy's credit system.
Online class times are as follows:
+ For subjects with 3 credits or more: morning from 8:00am to 10:00am (3 lessons); afternoon from 14h00 to 16h45 (3 lessons); Each teaching session The lecturer arranges a break by himself, the maximum break time is not more than 15 minutes.
+ For a 2-credit course: morning: 1st shift from 8:00am to 9:40am (2 periods), 2nd shift from 10:00am to 11:40am (2 periods); Afternoon: 1st shift from 14h00 to 15h40 (2 hours), 2nd shift from 16h00 to 17h40 (2 hours). Each teaching session, the lecturer arranges a break time, the maximum break time is not more than 05 minutes.
Regulations on using information on LMS system (elearning.naem.edu.vn)
- Students must register in the correct class according to the registered schedule (sinhvien.naem.edu.vn).
Regulations for students when participating in online learning:
- Read and study materials and perform pre-sessional activities at the request of the Instructor.
- Prepare enough materials and learning facilities before class starts.
- Attend all classes, log in 5-10 minutes in advance to ensure that the connection is ready for the class to start on time.
- Camera to turn on, mic to off, only turn on the mic when the instructor allows, you can use chat to contact the instructor.
- Students absolutely do not turn on the mic themselves without the permission of the Instructor, in case the student intentionally causes disorder, the Instructor can handle it according to regulations.
- Enter the right class according to the registered schedule (sinhvien.naem.edu.vn). When entering the online class, students must use the correct first and last name (students must change the first and last name information on the email to the correct first and last name).
- Sit neatly and concentrate like when studying in class, dress politely; Do not turn on other devices, programs on the computer, or work separately while studying.
- Students are not allowed to record online lessons without the consent of the lecturer.
